Become the owner of a mobile home on the Ile d’Oléron
You can either buy a second-hand mobile home (see offers below) already equipped on site, or choose a pitch, then a new mobile home (IRM and O’Hara brands), a terrace and a garden shed (if you wish, of course!). We take care of bringing everything to our campsite.
But before you do, come and see us, and we’ll be delighted to show you around the camp (facilities, equipment, services…) and the “spirit” of our vacation resort and residences.
Annual rent for your mobile home pitch according to size (rates from – of 120 to + of 150 m²) from April 1st to October 31st.
Services included
Includes the campsite ‘s heatedswimming pool from May to the end of September ( subject to weather conditions), maintenance of green areas (mowing and hedge trimming ), 500 Kw of electricity all year round, free visits and stays in your mobile home for your nearest and dearest (family and close friends* ) your mobile home (no extra day pass and free swimming pool wristband), reception open 7/7 , selective rubbish collected from your pitch once or twice a day.
We take care of theupkeep of your home (winterizing, cleaning and restarting in the spring at your request) and work with you to consider any improvements or upgrades you may wish to make.
There is no entrance fee. The lifespan of a mobile home is 20 years. After this time, the mobile home must be removed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
If you wish to sell your second-hand holiday home or mobile home , the campsite on the Ile d’Oléron provides a resale service for your mobile home (information and visit); commission depending on the age of your property.
